What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003:
APPLICATION TO VARY PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Greene King Brewing &
Retailing Limited has applied in respect of Castle, 7 The
Strand, Goring-By-Sea, Worthing, BN12 6DL for an
application to vary the premises licence under the Licensing
Act 2003 to permit the following: To extend the following:
Supply of alcohol: Sunday to Thursday: 1000 to 0000
(currently until 2300). Friday and Saturday: 1000 to 0100
(currently until 0000). Live and recorded music: Monday
to Sunday: 1800 to 0000 (currently until 2300). Late Night
refreshment: Sunday to Thursday: 2300 to 0000. Friday and
Saturday: 2300 to 0100 (currently until 0000). An additional
hour for non-standard timings as currently listed on the
premises licence. The permission for New Year's Eve to
remain unchanged. To remove the condition relating to
regulated entertainment being provided until 2300 and to
add a number of conditions in relation to dispersal
customers, noise checks and the associated records. Please

wants to make a objection to the application should set out,
in writing, a brief statement of their objection to: Licensing
Unit, Adur & Worthing Councils, WorthingTown Hall,
Chapel Road, Worthing, BN11 1HA.Representations must
reach the licensing unit no later than 14 January 2026. The
application may be viewed in full at the above offices
between the hours of 9am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with this application. Persons will
be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
