What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE
PREMISES Royal Festival Hall, The Southbank Centre, Belvedere Road, London, SE1 8XX. Notice is given that Gather & Gather Ltd has applied to Lambeth Council to vary a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed variation is:- To add an additional area on Level 5 which will 
be a private dining area for up to 8 people. There are no changes to the
existing licensable activities, hours or conditions. Details of the layout are
shown on the plan submitted with the application. Anyone who wishes to
make representations regarding this application must write to The Licensing
Section London Borough of Lambeth 3rd Floor Civic Centre 6 Brixton Hill London SW2 1EG or by email licensing@lambeth.gov.uk  Representations must be received by 15 January 2026. The register of Licensing Applications can be inspected by appointment at the above address or via the licensing authorities website at www.lambeth.gov.uk/licensing 
It is an o fence on summary conviction to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is unlimited.
