This notice was first posted 29th December 2025. Notice is
hereby given that Stephen Leinster has applied to the City
of Edinburgh Council for renewal of a Sex Shop Licence
for premises at 60 Elm Row, Leith Walk, Edinburgh, EH7
4AQ for the period of one year. The proposed hours of
operation will be from 10.00am until 9.00pm daily. Any
person wishing to object to the application or make
representations should write to: Council Solicitor, Licensing
Section, 249 High Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1YJ within
28 days of the date of this notice specifying the grounds of
objections or the nature of their representations and their
