THE LICENSING ACT 2003

GRANTED the application will allow: Sales of Alcohol Off the
Premises, Monday – Sunday 00:00 -23:59. Late Night
refreshment 23:00 – 05:00. The application may be inspected by prior appointment at the Licensing Service, Telford & Wrekin Council, Darby House Telford & Wrekin Council Lawn Central Telford TF3 4JA. Please contact Licensing to make an appointment on licensing

Any “other persons” or “responsible authority” may make representations in writing to the Council at the above address. Alternatively, you can email any correspondence to licensing

Within 28 days from the date of this notice, Midnight 15th January 2026. The licensing authority is required under the Licensing Act 2003 (Hearings) Regulations 2005 to provide the applicant with full copies of any relevant representations that have been made.
