What is proposed?

Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of
the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Heron Foods Limited in respect of premises
known as Heron Foods, 5 Raynor Parade, Raynor Road, Wolverhampton,
WV10 9QY, applied to City of Wolverhampton Council for a Variation of
a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is to seek approval of the plan
submitted with the application, which can be viewed upon request, in
respect of the new layout and general refurbishment of the store. No other
changes to be made. The above application to vary a Premises Licence may
be inspected via a prearranged appointment. To arrange this, email

Any representations regarding the application must be made in writing to:
Licensing Services, Civic Centre, St Peter’s Square, Wolverhampton, WV1
1SH or electronically to licensing@wolverhampton.gov.uk by 13 January
2026.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in
connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is
liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
