What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Heron Foods Limited has applied to Coventry City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as Heron Foods, Unit 1, 10 Westmede Centre, Coventry, CV5 9AF.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 20:00. The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Sunday 08:00 to 20:00.
Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application may do so by writing to: Licensing Team, Coventry City Council, PO Box 15, Earl Street, Coventry CV1 5RR or by email to licensing@coventry.gov.uk.
Representations must be received by the Council on or before 14 January 2026. A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is kept by the Licensing Authority at the above address.
The application can be viewed Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm, and 9.00am to 4.30pm on Fridays, except Bank Holidays. BY APPOINTMENT ONLY.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
