What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given that on the 8th December 2025 Asda Stores Limited applied to London Borough of Barking & Dagenham for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises Asda Express 402-410 Becontree Avenue Dagenham Essex RM8 2UU.

The proposed variation is ;- To extend the hours for alcohol sales to 24 hours a day to align with the store’s opening hours. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Authority, Barking Town Hall, Town Hall Square, Barking IG11 7LU or by email to licensing@lbbd.gov.uk no later than 5th January 2026 stating the grounds for representations. The register of London Borough of Barking & Dagenham Council the record of the application may be inspected during normal office hours at the above address or at www.lbbd.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
