What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003, NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Hala Limited in respect of Domino's, Unit 6, Belvedere Retail Park, Belvedere Parkway, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE3 2PA for a new premises licence.

The proposed application is to provide late night refreshment as follows: 23:00 to 05:00; the premises to close to the public at 02:00 and will then continue to operate solely as a delivery service until 05:00, 7 days a week.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to:- Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH. Representations must be received by 12 January 2026.

The Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at https://portal.newcastle.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
