Notice of Application to Vary a Premises Licence Under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Heron Foods Limited in respect of premises known as Heron Foods, 160 Annandale Road, Kingston Upon Hull, HU9 4JZ, applied to Kingston Upon Hull City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.
The proposed variation is to seek approval of the plan submitted with the application, which can be viewed upon request, in respect of the new layout and general refurbishment of the store.
No other changes to be made.
Any representations by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by the Licensing Section, Kingston Upon Hull City Council, 33 Witham, Kingston upon Hull, HU9 1DB, or by email to liquor@hullcc.gov.uk, no later than 13 January 2026 stating the grounds for objection.
The register of Kingston Upon Hull City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website – www.hull.gov.uk
