LICENCE
An application for a Premises Licence has been made by: KN Restaurants Limited to Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council in respect of premises known as: Betsy’s X LDS which are situated at: Unit 5, The Farley Centre, High Street, West Bromwich, B70 7QU. The proposed application is as follows: Late night refreshment (Indoors & Outdoors): Monday – Sunday 23:00 to 03:00.
A record of the application may be inspected at General Licensing Team, Sandwell Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury, B69 3DE, during normal office hours Monday to Friday. Any representations by interested parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to: General Licensing Team, Place Directorate, Sandwell Council House, PO Box 2374, Oldbury B69 3DE or via email using

by: 15th January 2026. It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5 (unlimited) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with the application.
