An application has been made by Maekele
KAHSAY, to Leeds City Council, the Licensing
Authority, for the grant of a new Premises Licence
for: Damera Café, 1 Gledhow Mount, Leeds, LS8
5EW to allow the following activities to take place:
Sale of Alcohol: Sunday to Thursday: 10:00 to
22:30hrs & Friday to Saturday: 10:00 to 01:30hrs
Late Night Refreshment: Friday to Saturday: 23:00
to 02:00hrs. Any person wishing to make
representations in relation to this application must
do so by writing to the Entertainment Licensing
Team, Leeds City Council, Civic Hall, LEEDS, LS1
1UR, or by email to:

entertainment.licensing@

leeds.gov.uk. Representations must be received
no later than: 14/01/2026. A copy of the application
is kept by The Licensing Team and may be viewed
online at:
