NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A
PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17
Notice is hereby given that on the 16th December 2025, Ei Group Limited
applied to Walsall Council for a Premises Licence in respect of premises
The Registry, 25-29 Leicester Street, Walsall, West Midlands, WS1 1PT.
The proposed licensable activities are:- 1. To permit the sale of alcohol, live
music, and recorded music on Monday to Wednesday 08.00 to 02.00 and
Thursday to Sunday 08.00 to 04.00. 2. To permit films, performance of
dance and similar entertainment Monday to Wednesday 08.00 to 02.00 and
Thursday to Sunday 08.00 to 04.00. 3. To permit late night refreshment
Monday to Wednesday 23.00 to 02.30 and Thursday to Sunday 23.00 to
04.30. Please note – this application is in identical terms to the existing
trading licence. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other
person regarding this application must be received in writing by;- The
Licensing Unit, Walsall Council, Licensing Unit, Clean and Green Depot,
200 Pelsall Road, Walsall, WS8 7EN (email
no
later than the 13th December 2026 stating the grounds for representations.
The register of Walsall Council and the record of the application may be
inspected during normal office hours at the above address.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in
connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on
summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
