NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

An application for a Premises Licence has been made by: Arihant Parekh to Dudley Council in respect of premises known as: Venue which are situated at: 17 Dudley Road, Brierley Hill, Dudley, DY5 1HA.

The proposed application is as follows: Sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises, Monday – Sunday 1000 to 0200 hrs. Live Music and Recorded Music Monday – Sunday 1000 to 0200 hrs. Boxing or wrestling entertainments Monday – Sunday 1000 to 0200 hrs. Late Night Refreshments Monday – Sunday 2300 to 0200 hrs.

The full application can be inspected by contacting the Licensing Section (see below) between the hours of 8.00am and 4.00pm (Monday to Friday except public holidays).

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
