NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR THE
VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that The Drayton Tavern Limited
has applied for a premises licence variation to the licensing
authority of Portsmouth City Council in relation to The
Drayton Tavern, 224B Havant Road, Drayton, Portsmouth,
Hampshire, PO6 1PA to permit the provision of the
following licensable activities: Retail Sale of alcohol for
consumption on and off the premises Monday to Friday
14:00hrs to 23:00hrs, Saturday 12:00hrs to 23:00 and
Sunday 12:00hrs to 21:00hrs. The licensing register
and details of this application may be inspected during
normal office hours at the below address or online

www.portsmouth.gov.uk.

Any interested party or
responsible authority may make representations in writing
to, Licensing Manager, Licensing Section, Legal, Licensing
& Registrars, Civic Offices, Guildhall Square, Portsmouth,

Such written representation must be received by 09/01/2026
clearly stating the grounds upon which the representation
is made in relation to the four objectives of the Licensing
Act 2003.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with an application. The maximum
fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for
the offence is unlimited.
