LICENSING ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT True Umami Ltd has applied to WESTMINSTER CITY COUNCIL on 08 December 2025 for the grant of a premises licence to use the premises at 8-10 Dryden Street, London, WC2E 9NA for the provision of regulated entertainment (Recorded Music) and the sale by retail of alcohol, Monday to Saturday 11:00-23:00 and Sunday 11:00-22:00, on the same terms as the former premises licence and as more particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Public Protection and Licensing, Westminster City Council, 15th Floor, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6QP to be received by no later than 05 January 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation.
The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.westminster.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
