NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
An application for a Premises Licence has been made by HA
Supermarket LTD to City of Wolverhampton Council in respect
of premises known as: AK Convenience Store which are situated
at: 287 Willenhall Road, WV1 2HY. The application is as follows:
Retail sale of alcohol off premises Monday to Sunday 08:00 -
23:00.
Any representations by interested parties or responsible
authorities regarding the application must be made in writing to:
Licensing Services, Civic Centre, St Peter’s Square,
Wolverhampton, WV1 1SH by 06/01/2026.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to
Level 5 on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make
a false statement in connection with the application.
