What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE 

Derivaldo Dos Santos Ferreira has applied to the London Borough of Lambeth for a Premises Licence in respect of the following premises: DELICATHE GOURMET LTD, Unit 15A–17,  Brixton Plaza, 416–416A Brixton Road, London, SW9 7AY 

The licensable activities applied for are as follows: 
• Sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises only. Days and hours of licensable activities: 

• Tuesday to Sunday: 11:00 to 23:00

The record of this application may be inspected during normal office hours by appointment at the Licensing Section, London Borough of Lambeth Town Hall, Basement Rooms B08 & B09, 1 Brixton Hill, London, SW2 1RW, or via the licensing authority’s website at www.lambeth.gov.uk/licensing

A responsible authority or any other person may make representations to the licensing authority in respect of this application. Representations must be made in writing either by post to the above address or by email to licensing@lambeth.gov.uk  and must be received no later than 09/01/2026. 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. A person is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding Level 5 on the standard scale 
(£5,000).
