What is proposed?

APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that PLK Chicken UK has applied to Bromley for a Premises Licence to permit Late Night refreshment on and off daily from 11pm until 3am (closing to the public at 1am with deliveries only between 1am and 3am) at Popeyes, 12-13 Market Square, Bromley BR1 1NA. 
A register of licensing applications can be inspected at: www.bromley.gov.uk   or at The Licensing Service, Civic Centre, Stockwell Close, Bromley BR1 3UH email licensing@bromley.gov.uk  Any person wishing to submit representations to this application must give notice in writing to the licensing authority at the address shown above, giving in detail the grounds of objection by 3 January 2026.

Copies of all representations will be included in the papers presented to the Licensing Panel and will therefore pass into the public domain.

Representations must relate to one of the four Licensing Objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance and the protection of children from harm. 

It is an offence liable on conviction to an unlimited fine to knowingly or 
recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application.
