NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

An application for a Premises Licence has been made by: Heron Foods
Limited to Sandwell Metropolitan Borough Council in respect of premises
known as: Heron Foods which are situated at: 19 Union Street, Wednesbury,
WS10 7HD. The proposed application is as follows: The Supply of alcohol
(off the premises) for the following times - Monday – Sunday 08:00 to
20:00. A record of the application may be inspected at General Licensing
Team, Sandwell Council House, Freeth Street, Oldbury, B69 3DE, during
normal office hours Monday to Friday. Any representations by interested
parties or responsible authorities regarding the application must be made
in writing to: General Licensing Team, Place Directorate, Sandwell Council
House, PO Box 2374, Oldbury B69 3DE or via email using

licensing_Team@sandwell.gov.uk,

by: 7 January 2026.
It is an offence, liable on summary conviction to a fine up to Level 5
(unlimited) on the standard scale, to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with the application.
