NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES

LICENCE BILTONG DIRECT

I Derick Peacock hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of: Unit 5 Wollaston Crescent, Burnt Mills, Basildon, SS13 1QD.  The proposed licensable activity is: Selling South African Alcohol in our retail shop. Monday to Friday 09:00 to 16:30, Saturday 10:00 to 16.00.  Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Basildon Borough Council).  All such representations shall be made in writing within 28 days from the date below.

Representations should be sent to: -  The Licensing Authority, Basildon Borough Council , The Basildon Centre, St Martin’s Square, Basildon, Essex SS14 1DL or by email to licensing@basildon.gov.uk  

A record of the application and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority may be inspected at the Council’s office address given above, by appointment, between 9:00am and 5:00pm Monday to Friday (except Public Holidays).  It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction, is level 5 of the standard scale. Dated:  08/12/2025
