LICENSING ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT Kricket Covent Garden Ltd has applied to London Borough of Camden on 04 December 2025 to vary the premises licence at Kricket, 4 Neal’s Yard, London, WC2H 9DP so as to vary the layout plans to reflect changes to layout, and amend and remove licence conditions as more particularly set out in the summary appended to the application.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, 5 Pancras Square, c/o Town Hall, Judd Street, London, WC1H 9JE or by email to: licensing@camden.gov.uk to be received by no later than 01 January 2026 stating the grounds for making said representation.

The register and a record of the application can be inspected on the Council’s website www.camden.gov.uk or by appointment at the Council’s offices during office hours.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for a premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
