Notice is hereby given that TKNW1 LTD has applied to the London Borough of Camden on 4th December 2025 for a time limited premises licence (1st February 26 until 1st February 27) for Trap Kitchen, 74-75 Chalk Farm Road, London NW1 8AN.
The proposed application is to permit Sales of Alcohol – Monday to Wednesday 10:00 to 23:00, Thursday to Saturday 10:00 to 01:00 day following and Sunday 12:00 to 22:30.
Provision of Live Music, Recorded Music, Performance of Dance and anything of a similar description – Monday to Wednesday 10:00 to 00:00, Thursday to Sunday 10:00 to 02:00 day following and Sunday 12:00 to 23:00. Late Night Refreshment Monday to Wednesday 23:00 to 23:30 and Thursday to Saturday 23:00 to 01:30 day following. Bank Holidays and Non-standard timings as more specifically set out in the application. All on such terms and conditions as proposed or may be agreed.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation on or before 1st January 2026 stating the grounds for the representation to: The Licensing Authority, London Borough of Camden, 5 Pancras Square, London N1C 4AG or by email to licensing@camden.gov.uk. The register can be viewed online by visiting www.camden.gov.uk and following the links. Members of the public who do not have access to the Internet can use a computer to view the application at 5 Pancras Square, London N1C 4AG SUBJECT TO PRIOR APPOINTMENT.
The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
