Application For A Premises Licence

Application has been made by Nando's Chickenland Limited to the Licensing Authority of London Borough of Sutton for a Premises Licence for Nando's at: Sutton Tesco, 55 Oldfields Road, Sutton SM1 2NB. 1. To permit the sale of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between 11:00 and 00:00 Monday to Sunday. 2. To permit the provision of late-night refreshment between 23:00 and 00:00 Monday to Sunday.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at the above address or by email: licensing@sutton.gov.uk, at any time up to and including 24th December 2025. It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
