Brief description of proposed licensable activities: Sale of alcohol for off sales Monday - Sunday 00:00hrs to 24:00hrs. Late Night Refreshments Monday - Sunday 23:00hrs to 05:00hrs If you are interested in this application, please e-mail hcp.licensing@stoke.gov.uk If you do wish to make a representation to the City Council about this application you should do so in writing or e-mail on or before 02/01/2026 to: Licensing Services, C/O The Weighbridge Lodge, Cromer Road, Northwood, Stoke-on-Trent ST1 6QN email: hcp. licensing@stoke.gov.uk Any representation received will be available for public inspection under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act, 1985. Please note it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and could incur a maximum fine of £5000.
