Take notice that Amaans Pizza and Grill Ltd Amaan Hussain, has applied to Hyndburn Borough Council under the Licensing Act 2003 for a Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Amaans, 7 Whalley Road, Accrington, BB5 1AD

Wednesday 11.00am - 03.00am Thursday 11.00am - 03.00am
Friday 11.00am - 04.00am Saturday 11.00am - 04.00am Sunday 11.00am - 04.00am
The place where the record of the application may be inspected and where the register of the Licensing Authority is kept is the Licensing Department, Hyndburn Borough Council, Scaitcliffe House, Ormerod Street, Accrington Lancashire. BB5 OPF. The record of the application may be inspected between 9 am and 4pm Monday to Friday.
An interested party or responsible authority may make a representation in writing to the Licensing Manager, Hyndburn Borough Council, Scaitcliffe House, Ormerod Street, Accrington, BB5 OPF by 05” January 2026
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the Standard Scale, currently £5,000.
