New Grant of Premises Licence
Notice is given that Lemon Pepper Holdings Limited applied to Derby City Council on 5 December 2025 for the new grant of a premises licence to use the premises known as Wingstop at Unit SU201, The Derbion, London Road Derby DE1 2PL
For the provision of (1) retail sale of alcohol: Sun-Thurs 10am to midnight; Fri-Sat 10am to 2am (2) late night refreshment Sun-Thurs 11pm to midnight; Fri-Sat 11pm to 2am (3) on such other terms and conditions as set out in the application papers.
Any person who desires to make a representation should send to: Licensing Team, Derby City Council, Council House, Corporation Street Derby DE1 2FS or email licensing@derby.gov.uk no later than 2 January 2026 a written statement of the grounds of his/her objection.
The register and records of applications may be viewed on the council’s web site at www.derby.gov.uk or at the above council office during normal office hours subject to an appointment being made.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine
