LICENSING ACT 2003: APPLICATION TO
VARY PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that Greene King Retailing Limited
has applied in respect of George & Dragon, 2 King Street,
Potton, Sandy, SG19 2QT for an application to vary the
premises licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to permit
the following: To vary the premises licence to reflect the
submitted plan (drawing no GK 348) which reflects a new
servery and conversion of the car park. The garden bar will
only be used between the hours of 11.00 hours and 22.30
hours. To also add and remove several conditions in which
to further promote the licensing objectives. A list of these
conditions can be viewed on the full application held by the
local authority and available on request. All other currently
permitted hours, activities and remaining conditions to be
unchanged by this application. Persons wishing to make
representations in respect of this application may do so by

licensing@centralbedfordshire.gov.uk
by the end
of 1st January 2026. A copy of the application is also held
by Central Bedfordshire Council, Licensing Team may be
viewed upon request.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in connection with this application. Persons will
be liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
