I am Janarajh Balasubramaniam, do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority as Rother District Council for the grant of a premises licence at 21 Endwell road, Bexhill-on-sea, East Sussex,TN40 1EA and known as 'Testa Express'. The application is to: we propose to vary the premises licence to allow for the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises during the store's opening hours. Proposed Hours for Alcohol Sales: Monday to Sunday 06:00to 23:00. Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Officer, Rother DC, Town Hall, Bexhill-on-sea, East Sussex TN39 3JX or email

licensing@rother.gov.uk

not later than 3rd January 2026.
