TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 34

Notice is hereby given that on the 2nd December 2025 The Craft Union Pub Company Ltd applied to Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council for a variation of the Premises Licence in respect of premises The Black Bull Hotel, 46 Thornton Square, Brighouse, Calderdale HD6 1EA. The proposed variation is ;- 1.To vary the end time for the sale of alcohol on Thursdays to Saturdays (inclusive) to 03.00 and to vary the opening hours on these days to 03.30. 2. Further to a refurbishment, to make minor changes to the layout plan. Any representations by a responsible authority or any other person regarding this application must be received in writing by:- Licensing Unit, Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council, Town Hall, Halifax HX1 1UJ (licensing@calderdale.gov.uk) no later than 30th December 2025 stating the grounds for representations. The register of Calderdale Metropolitan Borough Council the record of the application may be inspected at the above Council address during normal office hours, applications also may be viewed on our Public Register, at www.calderdale.gov.uk It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
