Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that BKUK Group Ltd has applied to Tamworth Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Burger King, Bolebridge Street, Tamworth, B79 7PB.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:
Late Night Refreshment from 23:00 until 05:00 Monday to Sunday.
Opening Hours will be 24 Hours Monday to Sunday.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Section, Tamworth Borough Council, Marmion House, Lichfield Street, Tamworth, Staffordshire, B79 7BZ or email publicprotection@tamworth.gov.uk no later than 30th December stating the grounds for representation.
The register of Tamworth Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.tamworth.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
