What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Town Mini Market Limited has applied to Nottingham City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Town Mini Market, 64 Derby Road, Nottingham, NG1 5FD.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are to permit the sale of late night refreshment from 2300 – 0500 each day; and to permit the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises and to allow the premises to open to the public 24 hours a day every day.
Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Nottingham City Council, Licensing Department, Tamar Building, Eastcroft Depot, London Road, Nottingham, NG2 3AH or by e-mail to general.licensing@nottinghamcity.gov.uk no later than 31st December 2025 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of Nottingham City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.nottinghamcity.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
