What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 - APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

I, Mr Sham Ramenthirakumar, hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Redcar and Cleveland Borough Council for the grant of a premises licence in respect of: GO Local Guisborough Road, 91 Guisborough Road, Nunthorpe, Middlesbrough TS7 0JS (formerly known as Godley’s Cycles)

The application proposes to permit:
Sale by retail of alcohol (off-sales) 06:00-23:00 Monday to Sunday

A responsible authority or any other person may make representations in writing to the Licensing Authority at the address below no later than 29 December 2025.

The Licensing Register and details of the application may be viewed during normal office hours at the address below.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application.

A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
