NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION OF A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Liverpool Lodge Limited has applied to Cheltenham Borough Council for a variation of the premises licence for The Botanist, Unit 6 The Brewery, Henrietta Street, Cheltenham GL50 4AA as follows; To amend Condition 8 (a) of Annex 2 in relation to SIA Door Supervisors. Full details of the application may be inspected by contacting Cheltenham Borough Council, Licensing Team, Municipal Offices, Promenade, Cheltenham, Glos. GL50 9SA during the Council’s usual opening hours (Monday to Friday 9am until 5pm) or viewed on the Council’s website: www.cheltenham.gov.uk Representations should be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address or by email to licensing@ cheltenham.gov.uk no later than 01 January 2026. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
