Notice is hereby given that LUCIO SALVATORE DILENA has applied to Mole Valley District Council on 4th DECEMBER 2025 for a new premises licence for 6 HIGH STREET, LEATHERHEAD, KT22 8AN.
The proposed application is to permit:
Sale by Retail of Alcohol & Regulated Entertainment
Monday to Saturday 12:00 - 22:00, Sunday 12:00 - 16:00
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 1st JANUARY, 2026 (28 days from the day after the application is received by the Licensing Department) stating the grounds for making said representation to: Senior Licensing Officer, Mole Valley District Council, Pippbrook, Dorking, Surrey, RH4 1SJ, or by emailing licensing@molevalley.gov.uk
The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.molevalley.gov.uk
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum fee for which a person is liable assuming conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale.
