I hereby give notice that application dated 05 December 2025 has been made Under
Article 3 and Schedule 1 of the above Order for the renewal of an Entertainment Licence
permitting dancing, signing, music or any entertainment of a like kind and theatrical
performances at Seamus Heaney HomePlace, 45 Main Street, Bellaghy, BT45 8HT.

Representations in relation to the application may be made to Mid Ulster District Council,
by giving notice to the Council, stating in general terms the nature of the representation,
not later than 28 days after the date of the application.
