What is proposed?

Notice of application for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003

Take notice that Muhammad Asim has applied in respect of 45-47 St Marys Road Market Harborough LE16 7DS for a licence to allow provision of late night refreshment between 23.00 and 05.00 daily Monday to Sunday.

They must be received by the dates above.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale, currently £5,000.
