What is proposed?
APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
Central England Co-operative Limited has applied to North
East Derbyshire District Council for a Premises Licence for
The Co-operative Petrol Station, Williamthorpe Road,
North Wingfield, Chesterfield, S42 5PD to sell alcohol from
06:00 to 23:00 everyday (Mondays to Sundays) for
consumption off the premises. The opening hours of the
premises are the same. Any person intending to make a
relevant representations on this application should submit
them in writing by not later than 24th December 2025 to
the Licensing Officer, Licensing Section, North East
Derbyshire District Council, District Council Offices, Mill
Lane, Wingerwortth, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, S42 6NG or
by e-mailing
licensing@ne-derbyshire.gov.uk.

application may be viewed at the above offices between
10.00am and 4.00pm Monday to Friday. You will need to
contact the Licensing Section beforehand on 01246 217884
/ 217885 to arrange an appointment.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application for which
you may be liable to fine of up to £5,000 on summary
conviction.
