Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Heron Foods Limited has
applied to Hartlepool Borough Council for the grant of a
Premises Licence in respect of premises known as Heron
Foods, 424-426 Catcote Road, Hartlepool, TS25 2LS. The
proposed licensable activities and their hours are the sale
of alcohol off the premises Monday to Saturday 08:00 to
21:00 and Sunday 09:00 to 18:00. The opening hours of the
premises are Monday to Saturday 08:00 to 21:00 and
Sunday 09:00 to 18:00. Any representations by an interested

party or responsible authority regarding the above-
mentioned application must be received in writing by The

Licensing Team, Hartlepool Borough Council, Civic
Centre, Victoria Road, Hartlepool, TS24 8AY, or by email
to

licensing@hartlepool.gov.uk,

no later than 2 January
2026 stating the grounds for objection. The register of
Hartlepool Borough Council and the record of the
application may be inspected at the address of the council,
given above, during normal business hours or on the
council's website –

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. The maximum
fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for
the offence is unlimited.
