Application for a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Vibe Cafe & Kitchen Ltd has applied to North Northamptonshire Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Kadal Theeram Restaurant, 31–32 Cambridge Street, Wellingborough, NN8 1DW.
The application is to permit:
• Sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises: Monday to Sunday 12:00–23:00.
• Provision of late-night refreshment (hot food and hot drinks): Monday to Sunday 23:00–00:00.
• Opening hours of the premises: Monday to Sunday 12:00–00:00.
Any representations regarding this application must be made in writing to: North Northamptonshire Council, Regulatory Services – Licensing Administration, Thrapston Offices, Cedar Drive, Thrapston, Northamptonshire NN14 4LZ or by email to

licensing@northnorthants.gov.uk,

no later than 24 December 2025. The application may be viewed at the council offices by appointment or on the licensing register at

www.northnorthants.gov.uk.


It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; a person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
