have applied to Calderdale Council under the Licensing Act 2003, for the grant/variation of a premises licence/club premises certificate in respect of premises known as
The Grayston Unity, 8 Horton Street, Halifax
For Variation of premises licence to play music outdoors: Tues & Weds 4 to 8 pm, Thurs 1 to 10 pm, Friday 1 to 11 pm, Sat 1 to 11 pm, Sun 1 to 8 pm, between April 1st & Sept 30th each year.
Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations regarding the application where they believe that the proposed activities would undermine any of the four licensing objectives.

Any representations must be submitted in writing to the Registration and Licensing Manager, Calderdale Council, Town Hall, Halifax, HX1 1UJ by 01/01/26
Persons wishing to inspect the Licensing Register may do so at the above address during normal office hours.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and on summary conviction would be liable to a fine not exceeding £5000.
