What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003 - NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

I Mr John Charalambous do hereby give notice that I have applied to the Licensing Authority at Ealing Council for a new Premises Licence at Northfields Fish Bar of 117 Northfield Avenue W13 9RT.

The application is to: Provide late night refreshment.

Our establishment would like to offer late-night refreshments with a focus on providing a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. The primary activity authorised is the preparation and service of food and drink, with the kitchen operating in a closed manner after certain hours.

Mon-Wed 23:00-02:00 Thur-Sun 23:00-03:00. Provide indoor recorded music.

Our establishment would like to offer Music which will generally be kept at a low volume, ensuring a tranquil environment for all guests, however on select occasions, the venue may host special events where entertainment is enhanced with a carefully managed sound experience.

Mon-Wed 10:00-02:00 Thur-Sun 10:00-03:00, and the Supply of alcohol.

Our establishment would like to supply alcohol only be consumed with food and following all licensing objectives.

Any person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to Licensing Team, Perceval House, 14-16 Uxbridge Road, Ealing, W5 2HL or licensing@ealing.gov.uk not later than: 1st January 2026.

Representations received after this date cannot be considered.

All representations MUST BE IN WRITING A copy of the application can be viewed on the Council's website at: www.ealing.gov.uk/info/200063/licences_and_street_ trading

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
