NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Broadpoint Limited in respect of Lower Ground Floor, 1 Broadway, Nottingham, NG1 1PR for a new premises licence.
The proposed application is: To permit Live Music from 18:00 to 22:00 on Mondays to Sundays.
To permit the supply of alcohol, and recorded music: from 12 noon to 24:00 on Sundays to Thursdays.
from 12 noon to 01:00 on Fridays and Saturdays.
To provide late night refreshment: from 23:00 to 24:00 on Sundays to Thursdays.
from 23:00 to 01:00 on Fridays and Saturdays.
Full details of the application are contained within the application form held by the Licensing Authority at Nottingham City Council, Licensing, Humber Building, Eastcroft Depot, London Road, Nottingham, NG2 3AH where the licensing register can be inspected during the Authority’s normal office opening hours by prior appointment.
Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding this application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 31 December 2025, stating the grounds for the representations.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
