82 Heaton Moor Road - Application To Vary A Premises Licence
What is proposed?
Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Mitchells & Butlers Leisure Retail Limited in respect of Premises known as Plough, 82 Heaton Moor Road, Heaton Moor, Stockport, SK4 4NZ applied to Stockport Metropolitan Borough Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is:
1. To extend the terminal hour for the sale of alcohol (on & off sales) and recorded music on Thursdays to 00:30 hours the following morning and Fridays & Saturdays to 01:00 hours the following morning.
2. To add the provision of late-night refreshment on Thursdays 23:00 to 00:30 hours the following and extend on Fridays & Saturdays to 01:00 hours the following morning.
3. To extend the terminal hour for the opening hours on Thursdays to 01:00 hours the following morning and Fridays & Saturdays to 01:30 hours the following morning.
4. To amend conditions of the licence regarding Challenge 21 proof of ID and outside drinking.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
