Notice is hereby given that S3 Leicester Ltd has applied to Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council to vary the premises licence for the premises situated at: 3 Kilns Hinckley, 1A Regent Street, Hinckley, LE10 0AZ The application is to extend Licensed hours Friday & Saturday to: Exhibition of films, Live Music, Recorded Music, Performance of Dance, and anything Similar: 08:00 – 04:00hrs Alcohol Sales: 08:00 – 03.30hrs Late Night Refreshment: 23:00 – 04:00hrs Update Premises Licence Conditions. Any person wishing to make representations must do so in writing no later than: 29/12/2025 to: The Licensing Section, Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council, Hinckley Hub, Rugby Road, Hinckley, LE10 0FR or by email to: esadmin@hinckley-bosworth. gov.uk Representations may not be made anonymously, must relate to at least one of the Four licensing objectives, and details will pass into the public domain in the published Committee report. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence and the fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
