What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003, NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A VARIATION OF PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Mr Hamid Baratinya in respect of Taak's Mini Market, 286 Alfreton Road, Nottingham, NG7 5LU for a variation of premises licence.

The proposed application is to extend the hours for the sale of alcohol as follows: 07:30 hours to 02:00 hours, 7 days a week.

Full details of the application are contained within the application form held by the Licensing Authority at Nottingham City Council, Licensing, Humber Building, Eastcroft Depot, London Road, Nottingham, NG2 3AH where the licensing register can be inspected during the Authority’s normal office opening hours by prior appointment.

Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding this application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 29 December 2025, stating the grounds for the representations.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
