Luton Borough Council – Licensing Act 2003

A new premises licence application has been made by Radseepan Narayani Sinnathurai to licence the following premises:
SR FOOD & WINE LTD, 378 Leagrave Road, Luton LU3 1RG
The proposed application is to apply to carry out the following activities: The Sale of Alcohol
(Off the premises) and Hours open to the public
Sunday – Saturday 01:00- 00:59
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to the Licensing Manager, Luton Borough Council, St. Ives Close. 45, Luton LU3 1PP or email to

licensing@luton.gov.uk,

no later than 02/01/2026
This application can be viewed at the above address during normal office hours.
It is an offence for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
