What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that BKUK Group Ltd has applied
to Dacorum Borough Council for the grant of a Premises
Licence in respect of Premises to be known as Burger King,
Unit 2, Tudor Grove, Hemel Hempstead, HP2 4YP. The
proposed licensable activities and their hours are: Late
Night Refreshment from 23:00 until 05:00 Monday to
Sunday. Opening Hours of the premises are 24 hours
Monday to Sunday. Please see the application for full
details. Any representations regarding the above-mentioned
application must be received in writing by Licensing,
Dacorum Borough Council, The Forum, Marlowes, Hemel
Hempstead, Hertfordshire, HP1 1DN or via email to
no later than 31st December
2025 stating the grounds for representation. The register of
Dacorum Borough Council and the record of the application
may be inspected at the address of the council, given above,
during normal business hours or on the council’s website -
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. A person is
liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false
statement be made.
