What is proposed?

Section 17 Licensing Act 2003: Application for a new Premises Licence

I/WE: Mr Neil Moir have Applied to: St Albans City and District Council for a New Premises Licence for: Electric Hop, 21 Central Drive, St Albans, AL4 0UX Licensable activities and accompanying hours applied for are: Supply of Alcohol for On and Off Premises consumption: Mon-Tue (12:00-22:00), Wed-Thu (12:00-23:00), Fri-Sat (12:00-22:00), Sun (12:00-20:00). Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by: 22nd December 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Section, St Albans City and District Council, Civic Centre, St Peters Street, St Albans, Herts AL1 3JE OR email: licensing@stalbans.gov.uk The application may be viewed in the Register held at the above offices or online on www.stalbans.gov.uk The register may be inspected in person, Mondays-Thursdays 8.45am-5.00pm and Fridays 8.45am-4.30pm It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
