Any representation received will be available for public inspection under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985. Applications can be viewed by appointment only at the Licensing Department, East Staffordshire Borough Council, The Brewhouse, Union Street, Burton upon Trent, DE14 1AA.
A list of applications can be viewed online at www.eaststaffsbc.gov.uk It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence.
