Name of applicant: Emporium Restaurants Ltd Name & address of premises: Vintage Tea Emporium 38 Market Place, Uttoxeter ST14 8HP Proposed licensable activities: Supply of Aichol (on sales only) Opening hours: Monday–Sunday: 09:00 to 23:00 Any representations must be made in writing by 26th December 2025 to the Licensing Team, East Staffordshire Borough Council, The Town Hall, King Edward Place, Burton upon Trent, DE14 2EB or email: licensing@eaststaffsbc.gov.uk

Any representation received will be available for public inspection under the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985. Applications can be viewed by appointment only at the Licensing Department, East Staffordshire Borough Council, The Brewhouse, Union Street, Burton upon Trent, DE14 1AA.

A list of applications can be viewed online at www.eaststaffsbc.gov.uk It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application for a premises licence. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited. Dated 28/11/2025
