Notice of Application for Grant of a Premises Licence
Notice is hereby given that Morocco Bound Books and Beer LLP has applied to the London Borough of Wandsworth on 03/12/2025 for the grant of a premises licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003 for use at the premises to be known as Morocco Bound, Unit 3a, Pilot’s Walk, New Acres, London SW18 1UZ. The proposed licensable activities are The Retail Sale of Alcohol: Mon. – Sat. 07:00 to 23:00 & Sun. 07:00 to 22:30. Regulated Entertainment (Films): Mon. – Sat. 12:00 to 23:00 & Sun. 12:00 to 22:30.
The record of this application is held by the Licensing Authority and can be viewed on the website www.wandsworth.gov.uk or inspected at their offices at Regulatory Services Partnership, Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden SM4 5DX by appointment. Any Person wishing to submit representations to the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority or by email to licensing@merton.gov.uk giving in detail the grounds for the objection. Representations must be received no later than 31st December 2025.
It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 for anyone to
recklessly or knowingly make a false statement in connection with a licensing application. The Maximum Fine on Summary Conviction (Level 5 on the Standard Scale) is Unlimited.Beyond the Blue Limited
